On January 30, 2025, the City of Los Angeles released the Radford Studio Center Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for public review. The Notice of Completion and Availability of the Draft EIR, which was circulated to the City’s extensive distribution list in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), explains that the CEQA-required 45-day comment period concludes on March 17, 2025.
In response to feedback from the community and Council Office, the City extended the comment period by 15 days, for a total 62-day public review period concluding on April 1, 2025, which exceeds the vast majority of comment periods for EIRs in the City. The Draft EIR analyzes the potential environmental effects associated with the construction and operation of the Radford Studio Center Project.
Over the past two years, the Radford Studio Center team has worked closely with neighbors, local residents, small businesses, and other community stakeholders to provide input and receive feedback on the Project, and we will continue our robust community outreach throughout the entitlement process.
