STUDIO CITY — In a significant move for Los Angeles’ film industry, Mayor Karen Bass and City Council President Paul Krekorian, alongside local union workers and labor leaders, signed a landmark Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for the modernization of Radford Studio Center this week.

The history-laden Radford Studio Center opened its doors in 1928 as one of the most cutting-edge production facilities of its time.
